1 General Terms

By accessing the bgb88 platform and/or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these terms and conditions. This document forms a legally binding agreement between bgb88 and the user.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bgb88 may at any time request a national ID card, passport or other government-issued documents to verify a user's identity. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

The user is responsible for keeping their account password and login details fully confidential. If unauthorized access to the account is suspected, bgb88 support must be notified immediately.

3.2 Account Transfer

Transferring, selling or renting an account to any other person is strictly prohibited. Allowing a third party to use the account will be treated as a serious violation of these terms.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

bgb88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these terms
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Providing false information
• Risk to account security
• Suspicious transaction activity

Users will be notified as far as possible before an account is closed, however immediate action may be taken in urgent circumstances.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on bgb88: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method)
• Once a deposit is successfully processed, it will be added to the account balance.
• Deposits made using a third party's account are prohibited — only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

4.2 Withdrawals

Once a withdrawal request is approved, it is generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be put on hold if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if any active bonus wagering requirement has not been met.

4.3 Fraudulent Transactions

Any attempt to deposit funds through chargebacks, reversals or any other fraudulent means will result in the immediate closure of the account and the relevant authorities may be informed.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered members on bgb88 are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Each user can receive this bonus only once.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To make a received bonus withdrawable, a 20x (twenty times) wagering requirement must be met. This means betting must be completed to the value of 20 times the bonus amount.

• Before the bonus wagering is completed, the original deposit may remain withdrawable but the bonus funds will be cancelled.
• Some games may be limited or excluded for bonus wagering — specific terms apply to each offer.
• bgb88 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at its discretion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit bonuses through multiple accounts or coordinated betting strategies will result in the bonus being cancelled from the relevant account and the account may be closed if necessary.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Terms

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. The user bears the responsibility of verifying all details before placing a bet.

6.2 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If a sporting event (such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup or ICC tournament) does not take place or is postponed, the related bets will be settled in accordance with bgb88's rules. Bets on events that do not take place are generally refunded.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a bet is incorrectly processed due to a system error, network issue or software fault, bgb88 reserves the right to cancel or correct that bet. Affected users will be given the maximum possible remedy in such cases.

6.4 Suspicious Betting Activity

If match fixing, use of insider information or any other unfair advantage is detected, the relevant bet will be cancelled and the account may be permanently closed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bgb88 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds
• Betting or gaming using bots, scripts or automated methods
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems
• Creating an account using a false identity or information
• Using another user's account or accessing it without permission
• Using multiple devices or IP addresses for bonus abuse
• Intimidating, threatening or engaging in inappropriate behavior toward platform staff

8 Responsible Gaming
